How Our Socks are Made

Designing

All of our socks are developed and designed by our team in the United States. We look for inspiration everywhere and also consult with independent designers for fresh ideas.

 

Once our designs are created we work with our factory to begin production.

Our Factory
We did a worldwide search for a factory that was ethically responsible and could produce our socks with the high quality elements that we required. 

The factory we chose has a Confidence in Textiles Standard 100 Oeko-Tex Certification, which reflects that the fabric used in the socks meets the human ecological requirements of the Standard.

Manufacturing Process    

Each sock is knitted according to our design and fabric quality requirements.  Because we require a smooth toe seam, each sock is "hand-linked" separately to close the toe, after the main sock has been knitted. Unlike the thick regular toe seams of other brands, which just are knitted together at the same time of the design, this extra step ensures that the toe seam is smooth and comfortable.  

Quality Check and Shipping

Our factory checks the design, knitting, and finishing quality before shipping us the socks. Once we receive them we also check the quality before shipping them to you.
